Wedding Make Up

As a makeup artist of over 17 years working with and for Brand Industry leaders such as Bobbi Brown and The Estee Lauder company, I've always been inspired by women's natural beauty. From my early days as a certified Bobbi Brown make up artist I used makeup to enhance what was real. I wanted skin to look like the best possible version of skin, lips to look like lips and cheeks to pop with colour. I wanted Make up to be pretty in allowing others to feel and look pretty! The best version of themselves, which radiates on the inside as well as the out, as a bride should on her wedding day!

No matter your age, bridal makeup should be special It’s the day we have all dreamed about since we were small and put a pillow case on the back of our head and pretended to marry Prince Charming (in my case back then, the next door neighbours son). On your wedding day, you should look like yourself at your most beautiful. It’s not a time to try a look that is super trendy or radically different. Wedding makeup should be long lasting, look amazing in photographs and I BELIEVE look pretty and be timeless.

When you look at your wedding pictures ten years from now, I want you to still love the way you looked. Bridal makeup needs to have enough colour to compensate for the whiteness of the dress. Remember, there’s a big difference between everyday clothes and a wedding dress this is why i will always ask you to wear a white or nude colour top to your consultation and trial.
